Maine Expanding Health Centers Inside Elementary Schools
Would you ever leave your young child alone at the doctor’s office?
This is the government’s plan to take hold of your child from birth onward, creating wards of the state.
Augusta, ME - The goal of the State of Maine is to infiltrate our K-12 schools, servicing the health of children while they are away from parents. These are called School Based Health Centers (SBHC). They should set off warning alarms in every Maine parent still rolling the dice with their kids inside these government run schools. As I’ve stated for over two years, pull your kids now, before they are taken from you. This is all part of the plan to do so.
Maine parents need to realize it is already legal for sixteen year olds to receive chemical castration drugs without parental permission in Maine. It’s also legal for school social workers and counselors to keep secrets from parents. At the age of 12 in Maine, your child has full authority over their medical records. If you as a parent want to be able to see them, you must have your child sign off on that request.
If you can’t connect the dots to the state wanting to capture your child and take them from you, you are simply being hypocritical. How long before your child, or your grandchild is being provided medical care without parental consent? Without parental knowledge? What kind of damage will be done to your child?
The State of Maine already has nearly 30 of these SBHC’s in your local schools as we documented in our first article in this multi-part expose from our partnership with Health Choice Maine. The state is building a back door to influence your child and it is only going to be getting worse. They want to roll out 12-15 more of these school clinics in the next couple of years, using your tax dollars.
How are these school clinics being funded?:
The Health Resources & Services Administration, a federal agency, earmarked a million dollars for five different Maine school clinics.
The ol’ ESSR American Rescue Plan, otherwise known as “Biden Bucks,” had an allocation to be used to drastically expand the number of health clinics inside schools.
Health and Human Services has a grant to support the Covid-19 vaccine programs with a focus on your children. Yes, they are still pushing this unethical jab on your child.
The Maine Centers For Disease Control provides an annual grant based on the size of the school and how many captured patients it might have.
The Fund for Healthy Maine allocated money for two years for the express purpose of funding SBHC’s.
The First 10 Project, which wants to implement district involvement from birth forward on your child.
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where everything woke is funded.
Millions of dollars are being pumped into your local schools, but not for education, it’s for medicalization. The government is taking an interest in all aspects of your child’s life. Including how it is raised, the medical decisions made, their mental health and behavior of the child. They want to create wards of the state. Nice little automatons that the government can control all aspects of.
There are various financial models in play with these SBHC’s, but grant money is used up front to pay for the creation of the clinic and supports the daily operation. However, in addition to taxpayer funded money used to start it up, each clinic is also billing for services, a double whammy for taxpayers.
If children have insurance, school clinics are supposed to bill the existing insurance company. If children do not have insurance, the SBHC can enroll them into MaineCare. In at least one case investigated by Health Choice Maine and their affiliate Children’s Health Defense the School Based Health Clinic never even inquired about existing insurance.
Upon further investigation, the minor’s existing MaineCare insurance did not show any services, or medications the child had been provided by the clinic. Two and a half years of medical care, including diagnosis and medication were missing on the child’s MaineCare patient record!
Allegedly the School Based Health Clinic was purposely billing MaineCare under the name of the grant applicator for the express purpose of keeping services and medications private from parents.
Next on their hit list is RSU34’s Old Town Elementary School where in March they will have a full-service medical clinic, complete with lab capability and a physician on staff. Fully functioning medical clinics inside elementary schools!?
We come back to asking, why is the government putting so much time, money and effort into opening clinics inside all our public schools? Especially in a time where we’ve documented the lowest academic assessments in our state’s history and the highest levels of taxpayer burden. The ultimate goal of the government is to immunize your child and more, without your parental permission, or knowledge.
In 2015 changes were made to Maine educational statues for Community Schools aka SBHC’s.
Maine has multiple minor medical consent exceptions for things such as mental healthcare, drug and alcohol treatment and reproductive healthcare. As we documented in our previous story, girls as young as fourteen can have IUD’s inserted in them at school without parental permission in these very clinics!
Add in their other goals such as longer school days, weight management, legal council, social emotional engagement, social work, increased vaccination rates, sexual health, reproductive health (abortion) and gender identity. This is the new education model, one about the alleged health of the child, but not the education of the child.
Is the concern that there are not enough doctor practices for Maine? On the contrary, in fact, there are over 2,200 medical doctors and nearly 400 doctors of osteopathic medicine just in primary care alone. There are also 345 pediatricians across Maine’s 16 counties. There are 117 medical clinics that already receive grants and government funding to provide sliding scale and free health care to Mainers. There are numerous programs already in place to ensure medical care for the uninsured and low-income Maine families. So, there's no need to expand into schools.
So again, we ask, why the robust influx of School Based Health Clinics in Maine schools at a time where the schools have never been worse off? Schools are polarized politically with the exposure of the far-left doctrines being pushed, starting with five year olds. Teachers claim to be underpaid and undervalued. How is this SBHC model helping?
From the Learning Policy Institute’s review of the “evidence”, “Educators, community leaders and advocates have long viewed community schools (SBHC’s) as a powerful, comprehensive response to the needs of the neighborhoods experiencing poverty and racial isolation.” Promoted talking points key in on community schools include being a vital part of an equity strategy.
Maine Department of Education’s community schools resources page.
They state that “Community schooling also has its roots in African American struggles for quality education…and attempts to mitigate economic hardships and violence from White supremacists.” These groups want students in community schools “where students are empowered to address social justice issues in their community.” Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (aka “DIE”) are killing Maine schools. Do these factors sound like the school’s biggest needs in Maine right now?
There is no empirical evidence that these School Based Health Clinics will create more positive outcomes in any Maine child. They will however, become the central data collection centers for the state and federal government. A key component of the community schools purpose is increased data collection to ensure “equitable resource distribution” and to “analyze programs and policies.”
Attendance records, student contact information, academic information, referrals to external providers, parental workshops, interventions for students and families, social services data, health data and social emotional data all will be collected on your child and how well you parent your child. If you are not parenting them as the government intends, you may lose the ability to do so.
The data from SBHC’s will create federal footprints inside each local town.
The goals of the currently positioned Maine public K-12 schools is to break down the moral and God given foundation of parental rights and ultimately destroy the country from within. This is a Marxist initiative with a lot of “useful idiots” at the helm running these schools. I fully understand it’s hard for parents to comprehend even that there is porn in their local school library, much less that these school doctors and nurses will be poking, prodding and inserting things into your children without your consent.
Parents, this is your time to decide. Is this what you want for your child? Is this what you want for your local school system? Massive funding being provided for medical services that you may not even be made aware of? The time to act is now. Become educated because as you will soon learn in our third series, time is running out for your child.
Shawn, the idea of putting a medical/psychological "health" center in schools surfaced in Maine at least 20 years ago. It came to Maine as federal grant money as I recall, administered at the Univ of Maine. About that time there was a grant-funded initiative out of Farmington called SHEP (School Health Education Program). Charlotte Iserbyt wrote about "Community Education" extensively but she was so far ahead of the curve because of her in-depth research, that she alone could not get rid of it, merely expose it. She had discovered the nefarious plans for American education while working in DC for President Reagan in the Dept of Education. She later put her research on the planned destruction of public education in a huge book titled "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America". She was dismissed by the school cartel, but has been proven correct in her predictions. She was reviled and called a conspiracy theorist here in her home state, while being much admired and in demand for radio interviews and appearances nationally. We didn't have a name for it then, but here in Maine, Charlotte Iserbyt was cancelled. There is a bit more about her book and background here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_Thomson_Iserbyt
Watch out for health centers in any school. In California - the LGBTQ and teachers have used the 'wellness centers' in high schools to talk with boys about their sexual identity. The conversation that was held in the wellness centers was with boys who were unsure of their sexuality identity. These boys were told to (a) dress as women burlesque style, and then (b) dance sexually on stage for cash tips - as (c) a way to understand their personal sexuality. This article shares the whole story- which was also covered by Project Veritas (just before O'Keefe left). https://wakeupplacer.com/kids/h-s-boys-who-dance-on-stage-dont-dance-to-the-sound-of-freedom/
