The American Library Association Is Run By A “Marxist Lesbian.”
The World Library Association is the safe alternative!
The American Library Association and every state offshoot, such as the Maine Library Association, is ultimately led by a far-left crazy person, named Emily Drabinski. She is a self described “Marxist lesbian” and wants to “wield power” in “solidarity!” Her mother must be so proud of this little totalitarian, political extremist.
Tweet from ALA President Emily Drabinski on April 3th, 2022.
Oh, but wait, there’s more! Ms. Drabinski also stated, “Social and economic justice and racial equity requires that we make a material difference in the lives of library workers and patrons who have for too long been denied power and opportunity on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, national origin, spoken language, and disability,” which was in her “Equity as Action” campaign within the ALA. It’s a bunch of nonsensical political garbage.
Parents, this is why your local public and K-12 taxpayer funded libraries have become havens for kiddie porn and radicalized ideologies the last few years, instead of institutions for learning. Kids in school can’t spell “blue,” but they know their pronouns and they know they want to be little protesters when they grow up, because these school librarians are gaslighting them every day to do so!
Schools are nothing more than taxpayer-fed indoctrination centers at this point. Pull your kids out now, or start to fight for your child’s education like their lives depend on it. Because they do. Please don’t make me be the dad who said, “I told you so.”
“Rise Up, The Art of Protest” on display in RSU22, Hampden, ME at the K-3rd grade library.
Why any taxpayer funded entity would want to provide this woke American Library Association organization, this far-left, Marxist political shill for the Democrats any money is beyond me, and some states are starting to recognize this and have begun to pull their funding.
Word is getting out. States including Arizona, South Carolina, Idaho, Wyoming, Georgia, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Texas have endorsed the Montana State Library Commissions to sever ties with the ALA and encouraged their own libraries to do the same. Send a Freedom Of Access Act (FOAA) or Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) to your local school and town officials asking them how much of your taxpayer money per year is used to fund the ALA. Then call them out on it. Then get them to stop doing it. Hit Drabinski right in the pocketbook.
From The Daily Signal and friend of the podcast Elizabeth Troutman now with Fox Digital, on April 26th, 2023, The American Library Association released a list of the 13 most “challenged” books aimed at teens during 2022, blaming anti-LGBT prejudice for what it calls censorship, even though each book contains sexually explicit content.
The ALA encourages readers to “show your commitment to the freedom to read” by protecting the 13 books, all marketed to teenagers and young adults. The organization argues that some jurisdictions have banned the books for “LGBTQIA+ content” and because they are “claimed to be sexually explicit.” No, they are sexually explicit…it’s hard core sodomy, oral, pedophilia, incest, rape, violence toward women and so on.
None of this content belongs in a taxpayer funded library, hard stop.
Books like “Gender Queer,” a graphicly sexualized story is being pushed in middle school libraries in Maine.
Books on this ALA summer reading list included; Gender Queer, All Boys Aren’t Blue, The Bluest Eye and Flamer, just to name a few. All kiddie pornography and absolutely disgusting. No one I have ever met wants to “ban books.” If you want to purchase these on outlets such as Amazon with your own money, I don’t agree with you teaching your child how to give BJ’s at age 11, but if that’s your parental focus, the books are certainly available for you. This content never should have been brought into the libraries to begin with. These books are not “inclusive,” they don’t provide “alternative viewpoints,” they are intended for mature, adult audiences and generally, the people who read this garbage have a few screws loose.
I believe in the First Amendment and I believe in our rights as Americans to speak about nearly anything we want to, nearly anywhere we want to say it. So, I believe you can write a book about nearly anything you want to in our capitalist economy. The market then will bear fruit, or not, depending on the content. For full transparency, I have one lawsuit in which I’m suing my local school district over freedom of speech and one lawsuit where I’m being sued to try and shut me up.
The latter is because I exposed a Hermon, ME teacher, Mallory Cook who received a $1,000 grant from the MEA Maine teachers union to purchase and display 40 transgender books and push 63 genders on kids that were 13 years old and in high school. There were two librarians and a superintendent who also went along with that plan. The teacher, one librarian and the superintendent all have resigned from that school department. Ms. Cook is now working for said, MEA.
It’s all about exposing their plans, parents.

The ALA has shifted the “young adult” selection of library books lower and lower down the age group ladder. Young adults are 18-30 years old historically, but now the ALA is sliding that down into the 12-18 year old range. They want to normalize sexuality with minors, as young as possible, as with their “Marxist” goals, they want to divide the students from the parents. It’s easier to do it when they are young.
In Maine, there are policies such as IJJ, which places the final responsibility of the materials entering the library squarely on the Superintendent. But, this only works if the “useful idiot” in that seat understands the content the woke ALA librarian is bringing in. Of course, that superintendent would also have to be a conservative, critical thinker and being a parent would help. We met with two RSU22 principals last year, one of the middle school and one of the high school, and neither knew this policy existed, nor that it was the responsibility of the superintendent to “sign off” on all materials entering the school district.
Generally, it is a free-for-all on bringing books into the library and the classrooms.
Teachers and librarians just bring whatever they want and give them to your kids, often without your permission. In some cases, these “educators” tell your child to keep the book a little secret between them and your kiddo. You should go ask for a school tour yourself, or at the very least get online and view your local school library content. You will be shocked at what you will find, and I’ll bet you a Mountain Dew you can find 75-100 books that are far beyond the bounds of basic decency.
The 2022 “Groomer” of the year, Kelsey Stoyanova, the ex-middle school teacher at RSU22 in Hampden, ME, my hometown, pushed the porn book, “All Boys Aren’t Blue” on 11 year old students with a poster in the classroom, daily announcements, prizes and incentives for kids to read this smut. The Principal, Susan Thibedeau, was only too willing to help push the “Reeds Three” reading list. Not one person on the RSU22 School Board took any responsibility for this after I exposed it nationally, then globally. Not one.
Stoyanova apparently found that grooming 11 year olds was too easy and has transferred to the Bangor High School, where they like to bring in trans-stripper, groomer clowns and pay them $1k to talk to students without parents knowing. She will fit right into those other leftist useful idiots there. Parents in Hampden celebrate, while parents in Bangor should be very concerned.
In Maine, the Maine Library Association is the “child” offshoot of the ALA and you can bet these folks are just another branch of woke Marxists. They also push “intellectual freedom,” which is their equivalent that kiddie porn should be in the hands of minor students and children. This program launched after I was able to remove a few books from RSU22 and get other concerned parents and taxpayers around the State of Maine to start to complain about others.
Kelsey Stoyanova also endorsed “Intellectual Freedom” aka “Porn In The Classroom.”
Every organization listed here cannot be trusted.
It’s really easy to determine if a book is porn, go to BookLooks.org and look under book reports and see if the particular book is listed. There are hundreds of books on there and they do a great job processing the content and do most of the work for you. You can just have the book reports open and shift back and forth between your local school’s online catalog, checking if the book is physically, or virtually available to your child.
The alternative to all this garbage being pushed by the ALA, with your tax dollars, on your minor children is the World Library Association and for full disclosure, I am a member of the board.
Recently, journalist Reagan Reese from The Daily Caller had the exclusive headline, “New National Association launched to compete with American Library Association.”
A great quote in that article about WLA visionary Dan Klienman was, “The World Library Association would like to provide some kind of counterbalance to this big group that has been pushing these inappropriate books that they have been for decades.”
The World Library Association aims to provide model policies, trainings and assistance based on “political neutrality” and “common sense” to public and school libraries, Kleinman told the DCNF.
The WLA will foster safe environments for librarians and promote information literacy and political neutrality. It will also provide a comprehensive database of laws and legal cases pertinent to libraries, with a focus on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA, or FOAA in Maine). The goals are that the WLA will stand with parents in legal battles for defending their children in school libraries, offering financial support and active assistance.
Let’s touch on another key quote in The Daily Caller article, “New policy guidance from the World Library Association is going to recommend that schools follow laws or case laws like Board of Education vs. Pico, a 1982 U.S. Supreme Court case that allows schools to remove educationally unsuitable and pervasively vulgar materials and to do so immediately. So schools now can have books that are for children that comply with common sense, the law and community standards, instead of what’s going on in the news right now.”
Not many parents and taxpayers really understand this Supreme Court ruling and the default is to try and slug it out in a four month book challenge with the librarian who most likely is an ALA member, who brought in the porn in the first place who so happens to be on the committee to ultimately decide to keep the porn in the schools.
A book challenge is not completely worthless, because it exposes them,
but the results in Maine have been about 9 out of 10 books
staying in the school library.
Although there is a policy with very clear objectives for selection of materials, these ALA librarians don’t care, as generally no one has the guts to push back at them. It is unclear how kiddie porn “stimulates growth in factual knowledge, intelligent judgements, historical issues and promotes a love for reading skills.” Policy IJJ-R outlines the idiotic process the MEA Maine teachers union and the Maine Department of Education and Maine School Management Association wants parents to jump through for hoops.
Nail your local school board on the Board of Education vs. Pico case. Demand your school board votes for immediate removal, per the Supreme Court. Then inform them of the ALA and get them to make the change to the WLA today!
