K-12 School Library Services Provide Porn Hubs For Minors
In four clicks, your child can view porn and the school’s content filter won’t stop it
A child’s innocence can be stolen by using your K-12 school library’s online database.
The online educational resources your children are most likely using in your local K-12 school library are full of very dark places. In just a few clicks of the mouse, your child, regardless of age, can access things such as bondage sites, adult books, hook-up websites, sex toys and view things such as torture abuse porn. It’s that graphic. Your child can view the most disgusting content on the internet from inside your local library systems. It all depends on what terms they choose to search for and what articles pop up, as to what unfiltered road they go down.
Links embedded in these alleged “learning databases,” point minor children to hardcore pornography websites and their online school computer content filter won’t stop it. The content is manually selected for inclusion by the corporate staff of two of the largest educational content providers out there. Even the third-party links that are advertised, such as links to PornHub, cannot be blocked when children access these databases to do their homework. This poses massive risks for both student and educator safety. These are pornography cabals disguised as educational databases.
Pornography Is Not Education (PINE) is a parent group led by our recent Maine Source Of Truth podcast guest, Robin Paterson and we talk all about this subject in detail. Understand this is not just about Colorado, or Maine, but potentially any K-12 school library system in our nation. Your own local school most likely uses taxpayer dollars to pay for these very same systems discussed below.

PINE is a non-profit organization, dedicated to ensuring that the children attending our public schools and libraries are provided with a safe, nurturing learning environment. Critical to this mission is the removal of pornographic material, pornographic images, pornographic advertisements and pornographic videos from K -12 research, or homework databases.
“Providing sexually explicit and obscene materials to school children violates federal and state law and is harmful to children.” - Pornography Is Not Education lawsuit that was brought against EBSCO
Robin Paterson has been fighting school and library porn since 2016 and PINE's motto is, “They won’t stop until we make them!” Currently, there are not enough parents aware of the problem. Thus, sex content pushers prevail in hyper-sexualizing your children and you have no idea what is happening.
PINE filed a lawsuit against the Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) and a Birmingham, AL company called EBSCO. They are a “leading provider of research databases” and a “major provider of library technology” for K-12 schools and public libraries. EBSCO services 55,000 schools nationwide! Probably your local school.
The lawsuit was brought forth on behalf of the parents by the Thomas More Society, a national nonprofit law firm that describes itself as, “dedicated to restoring respect in law for life, family and religious liberty.” It asked that a judge issue an injunction, stopping EBSCO and the consortium from providing databases that contain pornography to underage kids.
As part of the lawsuit, “On November 18, 2016, a member of Pornography is Not Education spoke with the EBSCO sales representative who sold EBSCO products to CLiC. He admitted EBSCO was fully aware of the sexually explicit content of its school products marketed even to elementary schools.” That lawsuit was later voluntarily withdrawn by PINE, but their point was proven. EBSCO has internal links that funnel minor children directly to porn from your local K-12 school library database.
Robin Paterson quickly whipped up a PDF documenting these issues right after we spoke on the podcast, starting in the Gorham, ME School District. The bottom right link on the school website directs you to the Digital Maine Library (MARVEL). This taxpayer funded database is directly tied into EBSCO and another company named GALE, that we will dive into further into the article.
The starting point for minor K-12 students to access porn sites through EBSCO and GALE.
From there, it is all dependent on what terms your child uses to search for content. Some of the searches start out very benign, but can funnel the student toward hyper-sexualized content rather quickly. Schools' unwritten missions are to hyper-sexualize your children with your tax dollars and do so in secret. Using these databases to do so is just one of their many tactics.
We’ve exposed hundreds of examples from Maine and they are the same type of things that are happening in your local schools. No schools are completely safe, it’s just a matter of time and effort for the issues to come to light. You are just rolling the dice every time you send your child off to school.
PINE wrote to their local mayor and city council about the Aurora Public School and public library in Colorado and documented some of the examples minor children have access to. “A search on “pleasure” in EBSCO Explora for Elementary School leads to the article: “Aggression and Pleasure in Opposite Sex and Same Sex Mainstream Online Pornography…”
Which reads in part, “…swearing is a language of emotion and is common during sex…such as ‘fuck yeah’, or ‘shit that feels good’…ejaculation in the mouth and ejaculation on the face…spanking, hair pulling, face and body hitting, choking…” This content also contains apparently monetized, with live hyperlinks to PornHub’s 2018 year in review embedded in the article.
Live links from this Pornhub 2018 year in review, accessed by the EBSCO database search.
“It is vital to understand that an EBSCO database constitutes a closed, commercially owned system. These are closed EBSCO databases and cannot be filtered by school filters.” - PINE founder Robin Paterson
For grades 6 and up, a search in the EBSCO Explora for the sex education term “anal sex,” leads children to the article: “It’s Time to Ease Your Fears and Your Sphincter” which reads in part “Heterosexual Anal Sex Has Become Fashionable…
In just a few clicks a minor student can go from your local K-12 library system, to porn links embedded in an article.
A couple quotes from this anal sex article, “Some guys are boobs men. Others are legs men. But in the bedroom, all are bum men…Listen fellahs, this is a gift. If you want it, you have to earn it.” How in any world is this content something school children should be able to read? The graphic article is also embedded with monetized hyperlinks to numerous adult websites with how-to instructions for girls to practice anal intercourse such as Playboy.com, Kinkly.com and others.”
When PINE called out EBSCO, instead of correcting the problem, they doubled down claiming their resources were, “vetted and dependable.” Clearly they are not clicking their own links! PINE was then accused by EBSCO of being, “On a crusade to ban and burn all electronic resources from schools and libraries” and some parents were accused of, “modern day book burning.” As we know, the only people banning books from schools are the actual librarians themselves. What the far-left claims parents are doing, the schools are often doing themselves.
EBSCO is to no one’s shock also a woke nightmare. They are, “...committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.” These three terms are also known as “DIE” because these efforts are killing our K-12 public schools and killing our children, with our own tax dollars. It’s a Marxist grift that is an attempt to destroy our country from within. Fact is, this generation of students is the least educated in the history of our once great country. Even with advantages such as the internet’s vast, yet dark corners. EBSCO’s stated “goal is to continuously work toward becoming more diverse, equitable and inclusive…” And apparently providing minors more access to porn.
Just how far-left is this group? EBSCO has an entire team focusing on “EBSCO Pride.” It is a group, “Creating a space for LGBTQIA+ EBSCO employees to organize, network and address mutual needs in collaboration with Human Resources and EBSCO leadership. EBSCO Pride provides resources, training and development opportunities to LGBTQIA+ EBSCO employees and allies.” Enabling sexual narcissists and those with deeply troubling mental health issues seems odd for a company to willingly do.
GALE, out of Farmington Hills, MI, is another research database organization that public K-12 schools use. From their website, “For more than 65 years, Gale has collaborated with academic institutions, schools, and public libraries around the world to empower the discovery of knowledge and insights that push the boundaries of traditional research…” Most state library groups use both GALE and EBSCO and could use others, depending on the linking tree.
When searching from the GALE elementary information for “gender identity,” which is being pushed on five year olds in K-12 public schools, clicking on the very first article that pops up provides kindergarten kids the far-left political narrative that:
Sex has to do with a person’s body.
Gender has to do with a person’s thoughts and feelings.
Gender identity usually develops in young children.
People may feel female, male, a mix of female and male, or neither.
GALE “Gender Identity” book article for five year olds looks to convince children they can be a different gender.
Why any adult would think that it is of value to tell a five year old about “gender” and “sex” when they can’t spell “blue,” is beyond me. This GALE assembled article claims that children around “four years old” have “discovered their gender identity.” Out Maine, a trans-cult taking taxpayer money and supported by the Maine Department of Education has them beat.
Out Maine claims that two years olds know gender. Only mentally imbalanced people force “gender” on young, innocent and impressionable students. But, what if the students “find it themselves” online? Believe me, it’s not hard for kids to find this type of content.
GALE is part of a company called Cengage Group, located in Boston, MA, which dates back to the 1900’s. Cengage states they are, “one of the largest education technology companies in the world.” They also have an “inclusion & diversity” page and is designated as one of the “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
The wokeness displayed by EBSCO, GALE and Cengage will be reflected in your student’s online research links. That is, if they can get by the porn sites.
As always, just follow the money. Not only are EBSCO and GALE receiving taxpayer funding for the front end, they appear to be paid by the porn industry on the backend (pun intended). This is big business and they are taking in millions and millions of your hard-earned taxpayer dollars.
Schools are just ripe with immorality and evil. I provided an end of the year recap of the most horrific top 12 stories from Maine K-12 public schools that could also be occurring in your local school, regardless of what state you live in. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s way worse than even we currently realize.
So, how do you fight back as a student, a parent, a taxpayer, teacher, or librarian? You work to make more people aware of the evils inside these K-12 public school libraries. You use the resources available on the PINE website and you can just about cut and paste from their letters sent to inform their local school boards and town councils. You can do the same. Expose them all to it.
Everyday there is another article about a K-12 public school worker sexually assaulting a student. Students being sexually transitioned by a school social worker. Librarians pushing porn on 11 year olds. It goes on and on. More and more parents are understanding the massive risks. Pull your kids out for homeschooling. This is the only way to ensure they are safe. But, realize that these very same databases are also used for homeschool research.
Gain the ability to voice your concerns through emails and public comment to your local school board in 2024. Emails should be to the point and should demand an investigation and push for change on issues such as what this article touched on. Stop giving woke companies your hard earned tax dollars.
For public comment, write it down. Practice. Time yourself based upon the local public comment policy and get your concerns on the public record. Public speaking is more about being prepared than having an iron will. If you fumble through it a bit, you will do better next time. But you have to use your First Amendment rights before they are gone. Believe me, they are not only being threatened, they are being taken from us.
More people need to know just how immoral and evil our K-12 public schools are and you are just the person to do it. You can do all the same homework for yourself, using your local school library database. It is all there for you. If you need help, reach out and I’ll do what I can to assist. The only reason you are on this earth is to protect your kids. Now do your job.
I cannot believe this is actually going on. This is a prime example of why we need faith in our lives to provide direction. Only godless people left to their own devices would stoop this low!
