Colorado Judge Denies Parental Rights In Public Schools

Wellington, CO - The United States District Court case of Lee v. Poudre School District, Judge Nina Y. Wang, a Biden appointee, recently ruled for a temporary setback for parental rights in public schools.  On December 19th, 2023, she determined that when a public school “love bombs” your child in a three hour brainwashing session, that the “state” has all the rights to the kid, not the parent.  

That parents should just sit back and take the hyper-sexualized indoctrination of their children.  That if a kid in school makes up their newest “unicorn-like” pronoun, Judge Wang sees this as a “legitimate government interest,” to keep the “gender-affirming environment” secret from the parents.  

Although Judge Wang states that the school may have violated the Colorado “state-law,” because “Colorado parents have statutory rights to be notified of educational materials that contemplate sexually explicit content and require parents to be afforded a meaningful opt-out provision,” she ruled that this case wasn’t even egregious enough to hear oral arguments.  All the while using terms like “cisgender” in her legal rambling.  It’s laughable, if it wasn’t so serious.  

This is another Fourteenth Amendment case that was “dismissed without prejudice,” or in other words, “punted” by a judge who clearly doesn’t want to go against her woke party politics and defend parental rights.  Colorado of course being the same super-liberal state which is making an attempt to take former President Donald J. Trump off the ballot in 2024 to “protect democracy.”    

Judge Wang ruled that although the Fourteenth Amendment allows parents “...to make decisions concerning the care, custody, and control of their children” and that “This protection includes the parent’s rights to direct a child’s education,” that this “...due process right is ‘limited in scope’ and does not permit a parent ‘to control each and every aspect of their children’s education and oust the state’s authority over that subject.”  That subject of course being the hyper-sexualization of your child.  

Judge Wang’s decision means your child is a child of the state, not a child of the parents.  Remember, Joe Biden stated, “These are our kids.”  When it comes to things like creating little sexual narcissists and pushing mental illness upon your kid, all while using your tax dollars to do so, you now have no legal leverage.  It means that groomers can steal the innocence of your child, starting at the earliest of ages and you have no control and no ability to respond to what is taking place behind the brick walls of your local K-12 public school.    

Furthermore, Judge Wang can’t fully understand the “injury” that has occurred with the Lee family.  The tearing down, the mental child abuse, the deviation from morality, the emotional destraction from their child’s education doesn’t seem to carry any value in this case.  Judge Wang says their argument “lacks meaningful development.”  She incorrectly tries to state that due to “Title IX,” the schools are free to “combat harassment on the basis of gender identity.”  These schools are destroying the lives of young, innocent students in the name of the LGBTQ-cult and these liberal courts are simply going along with it.  

“I’m prepared to take this case all the way to the Supreme Court.  Precedent must be set to cement parents’ fundamental and inalienable right to direct the education and upbringing of our own children,” stated Plaintiff Erin Lee.  

Erin Lee is the Colorado mother and main figure in “Art Club” the movie.  Her 12 year old daughter was harmed by the Poudre School District.  Gender ideology was pushed on her minor child in a three hour after school “Genders and Sexualities Alliance” (GSA) group under the guise of it being an “Art Club.”  The school told her child and other students to keep it all secret from their parents.  

It only took three hours for the school to sexually transition her child into thinking she might be a boy.  These clubs are not simply “after school, voluntary extracurricular clubs,” but are well organized and well funded grooming clubs in over 4,000 schools across the United States, sponsored by GLSEN and the GSA Network.  As broken down by Chris Rufo, these clubs are a maniacal, calculated and organized effort to separate your child from you, the parent, through “cult-like programming techniques of minors.”

From the court documents, the Wellington Middle School sixth grade Art Teacher and homeroom teacher, Jenna Reip (she/her/hers) allowed the “guest speaker,” Kimberly Chambers (she/her/hers), a director from a group called “Splash” to speak to Ms. Lee’s daughter and other students, without parental permission.  They informed these eleven and twelve year old kids about “polyamory, suicide, puberty blockers, gender identity, sexualities, changing names or pronouns and keeping these discussions at GSA secret from their parents.”  Parents, here is a hint, anyone with pronouns in their email signature is part of the LGBTQ-cult.  Do not ever trust them, they have no sense of reality.    

From emails, Ms. Chambers stated herself that she defined words with children such as “transgender, when you don’t completely feel like you align with the sex assigned to you at birth.”  Sex is not assigned at birth, it is observed.  She also talked about the word “queer” to these kids, defined as, “When you aren’t sure and need a term to use in the meantime while you look at your own identities - gender and/or attraction.”  Taking advantage of kids just entering the confusing world of puberty, for profit.  This is the strategy of the modern day far-left democrat to abuse children.  

They also went over “samples of flags that are associated with the following terms…trans, nonbinary, rainbow/gay, lesbian, bi, pan and asexual.”  These students are failing in the basics of education, but this person is pushing sexuality on kids in the classroom.  Then there was the grifter sales pitch at the end, where Ms. Chambers tells 12 year olds in sixth grade in middle school that she has a “group” to help them through their school-groomed journey.

All while providing the students toys, flags, stickers and wristbands and other “swag” for students who came out as transgender.  Kids seek attention and she “love bombed” them with it.  Kimberly Chambers allegedly told the kids, “...if they are not completely comfortable in their bodies, that means they are transgender.”  Another hint to parents, “transgender” doesn’t exist.  As Billboard Chris states, "There are two sexes and an infinite amount of personalities.” 

She also provided her personal cell phone number to minor children by giving out her business card to them.  In an email exchange with Ms. Lee, Ms. Chambers states the obvious on this LGBTQIA+/-$ is a social contagion being pushed inside schools.  She states, “I have personally been shocked in how many youth (coming out as LGBTQ) are younger and younger these days!”  No one paying attention is shocked.

Kimberly Chambers is simply an LGBTQ-cultist who goes by one of her seven accounts on 3 different social media platforms and is @NoCoSafeSpace on Twitter (X).  She was also a substitute teacher in this district at the time of the occurrence and currently works for the Larimer County (CO) Department of Health and Environment as a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Coordinator.  She’s also a strong supporter of the local Diversity Inclusion and Equity (DIE) Committee.  

John Kefalas, an “educator and lobbyist” was once a democrat politician in the State of Colorado.  Now the Larimer County Commissioner for District 1, he stated in an email to a concerned community member that Ms. Chambers “...does not provide services…to schools in her employment capacity with the county…”  But, she's clearly a taxpayer paid activist as many of these people are.  She was probably “on the clock” for the county while at the school GSA discussion.  They get paid by the taxpayers to groom kids and get personally paid on the grift at the same time.   

Kimberly Chambers is a typical pink haired, morbidly obese, mask wearing liberal.  She’s a self-descibed, “40-some year old lesbian, that is “...sick of an organization (Gays Against Groomers) which claims to represent me, calling me and others in my community ‘groomers’ for caring about ALL of our younger selves.”  When the shoe fits Kimberly…when the shoe fits.

Groomers want to talk about sexuality with children.  Groomers want to separate children from their family.  Groomers want to push the normalization of sex onto children, while keeping it a secret from parents.  Groomers want to mentally, physically and/or sexually abuse and manipulate children.  Groomers prey on children and their goal is that if you can get a twelve year old to pick their pronoun, they can also get that twelve year old to pick their sexual partner, even if that person is an adult.  An innocent twelve year old who still goes to bed with a stuffed teddy bear at night.  A child.  Maybe your child?  

Ms. Chambers claims to not be “making money off kids medically transitioning and there’s absolutely no personal benefit to me from how a young person defines their own transition.”  Yet, the lie is obvious.  She is grifting off of these mentally unstable children with her efforts to raise money for her group called Splash.  

First it’s about picking your pronouns.  Then it’s about normalizing sexuality.  Then it’s maybe a chest binder given to your child by your local public school.  It’s keeping secrets from the parents.  Then it’s chemical castration drugs, maybe prescribed by your local school.  Then it’s body mutilation, the hacking off of healthy body parts.  All under the guise of “gender affirming care.”  

That is, if the child doesn’t kill themselves first.  They have a 20x greater chance to kill themselves after surgery.  

People like Kimberly Chambers don’t care for your kid, only the cash.  Always follow the money.  The group Splash claims, “We serve LGBTQIA+ youth ages 5-24, their families, schools, and community connections by providing support, resources, referrals, social belongingness and special events; in Larimer and Weld Counties, Colorado.”  Yes, you read that correctly, five year olds.  

But in their prior communications, they go as low as two year olds!  These groups have found it’s easier to groom them when they are young.  Even Ms. Chamber’s knew that what she told these minor students could be used as “evidence” against her and the district.  They are emboldened however due to these liberal, Obama, or Joe Biden appointed judges who no longer see justice as “blind.”  

Furthermore, Ms. Chamber’s pushed for a “well-child” visit toward the Lee family, for not going on with her nightmare scenario to continue the sexual transition of a minor child.  She weaponized the school for her own sexual narcissism project.  For the record, “gender identity” is indeed, “nonsense.”  If you can’t see the causation of “suicide attempts” due to this massive grooming effort underway in our schools, you must be blind, ignorant, or both.   

They start in on kids as young as age two from their own social media!    

Splash breaks out the different age groups and they start early.  “Out Families” starts out with kids as young as two up to five years old.  “Skittles” is for minor children 5-12 years old (changed later to 7-11 year olds), attempting to rally “LGBTQIA+ allies” while giving “additional parent/caregiver support,” where they place other materials for children to view online.  There is a group called, “Teens In Person,” which are ages 12-18 and “QueerYA” which is 16-24 year olds.  This group has sixteen year old minors meeting up with 24 year old adults, both online and in-person.  The entire page is set up to be a parent’s worst nightmare.  These people are pure evil.  

This decision will hopefully be appealed to a higher court and ultimately it may find its way to the Supreme Court.  They will eventually need to define parental rights when it comes to public schools and the Fourteenth Amendment.  “This decision underscores the urgent need for parents to get their kids out of these government schools,” states mother Erin Lee.  

I’ve been saying this for the last two years, parents must immediately pull their children from these K-12 public schools because they are irreparably broken.  Everyday you risk your child not coming back home the same kid that you sent to public school that morning.  It only took 3 hours to psychologically modify Ms Lee’s child.  Some kids don’t ever come back.  

Stop rolling the dice parents…do your job.  Pull your kids now.
